So, my friend's birthday is this Friday, and I have agreed to bring a birthday/dessert-ish item to school to share at lunch. I would like to do something creative that could be made in individual portions, (cupcakes, cookies, something like that). She loves food, is turning 14, and obviously it is fall, so I would like to try to work with a theme like fall or food. Maybe. Also, it needs to be GF! I have a lot of homework, so nothing too complex. Any ideas?
What do you do for your birthdays? Tell me in the comments and I will feature some of your thoughts soon!

Hey! I just found your blog and I love it! I have coliaki too(or how you spell it?).
It's nice to hear how other persons deal with this in their life.. cause sometimes it's kind of hard!
I'm from Denmark, but this year I'm an exchange student in Idaho (:

@Elisabeth- Hey to you, too! I can be really hard, -which is another reason I created this blog- and so it is nice to hear from and connect with other young gluten-free people!
You are such an inspiration! I was just diagnosed in August so still getting used to it all as well. Keep up the great work!
I stopped ordering take out pizza after my daughter was diagnosed. Now when she is out and we do order pizza, it just doesn't taste as good as I remember. weird.
